Get Support for Your Pregnancy and a $50 Gift Card: 2026 Maternal Health Incentive for Ambetter of Alabama Members

Let us know where you are in your pregnancy and earn a $50 Walmart gift card. Complete the Notification of Pregnancy (NOP) form and get a gift card – it’s that simple. The NOP form helps Ambetter of Alabama connect with pregnant members who may need extra support during pregnancy. That’s why it’s important to complete the NOP form as soon as your pregnancy is confirmed. Find the NOP form in your member portal.
